Teach your child to really value their freedoms and who to thank for them with our “Freedom” box! A simple lesson on who we have to thank for the many freedoms we enjoy, this box is sure to open your child’s eyes and create in them a more grateful heart. To solidify the lesson, we challenge the kids to hand out three Thank You cards to veterans in your community. Cards are included and each one comes with a patch to give to the veteran and is enclosed in an envelope. Watch as your child (with your permission!) approaches a veteran in public and thanks them personally with this card – it’s heartfelt to observe the gratitude that washes over the veterans when they realize today’s youth still appreciates them! Be sure to encourage your child to add their own personal thank you in each card!
